Users who have chosen to opt-in may receive SMS messages from BIYON which include:

• Buy-and-sell listings (WTS/WTB)
• Program updates and item requests

Users can opt in as both buyers and sellers. Participation is voluntary and requires consent.

6.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of BIYON’s SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code.

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6.4 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.5 Message & Data Rates / Frequency

You may receive up to one (1) message per week, though frequency may vary depending on program updates, and some weeks you may receive no messages.

Please check with your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.

6.7 Consent

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from BIYON at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
